SHIPPING BoutiQue Wine Sales is a Melbourne based company, therefore all shipping is based on standard Australia Post rates from Melbourne. The rates are based on weight for a standard parcel. Shipping costs are purchased by the customer during the checkout process. BoutiQue Wine Sales also uses registered mail in the shipping of the products which is covered in the cost of the sale.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING Unfortunately due to the amount of paperwork that is involved in the export of wine from Australia, BoutiQue Wine Sales does not ship wine to overseas countries. If you are a wine dealer in another country and are interested in buying in bulk (minimum pallet load), please feel free to contact us.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES The delivery estimates provided within the checkout process are for delivery times from Australia Post to the customer only. Processing and delivery to Australia Post is determined by what day a customer orders their purchase by. If a customer places an order by Wednesday of the current week, delivery to Australia Post will occur by Monday the following week, otherwise this will be the week after. This is due to the accounting and delivery process that BoutiQue Wine Sales has with the participating wineries at this stage. This could change in the future and any changes will be posted here.
RETURNS All items shipped from BoutiQue Wine Sales are checked before delivery for any signs of corkage. While all possible steps are taken to ensure we deliver excellent quality products, from time to time a bottle may be corked. If this is the case, please email us at admin@boutiquewinesales.com, preferably with a photo of the offending bottle, with cork, and we will endevour to cover you for a replacement. Having said that, BoutiQue Wine Sales make no guarantee that a corked / damaged bottle will be replaced unless satisfied the product that was shipped was corked / damaged at the time of delivery. |
