This is a delightful, unfortified, light desert wine with the luscious, intense flavor of the Muscat of Alexandria grape. The wine is low in alcohol (10.5%) and unwooded. Its gentle fruity, sweetness leads into a crisp and marvelously clean finish. Chill before drinking. Excellent with cheese and fruit platters, freshly smoked mussels and desserts; or you might drink it on its own. In the unlikely event of not consuming the whole bottle on one occasion, it can be kept in the fridge for up to one week once opened!
Cellaring will not substantially improve this wine, made to drink within the next few years.
