Matured in American oak, with a palate of raspberry, blueberry, spice and white pepper and delicate coconut and vanilla complexity. Swell rounded tannins gave palate length and heighten fruit intensity. Suits game, veal, lamb, spice vegetable dishes and hard cheeses.
