Matured for 14 months in new French oak which contributes spice & vanilla. A lovely palate of plum, rhubarb & spice. Pleasant tannins give extra mouth feel and length. It will develop in complexity over several years. A great compliment to beef, lamb, game, venison, pasta and hard cheeses.
