The elegant desert wine was made from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Shiraz grapes and matured in older French oak. It has a deliciously smooth palate of blackcurrant, cassis and mint, with a hint of liquorice. Beautiful to drink now, it will continue to develop for several years in the bottle. Delightful with desserts, blue and soft cheeses and chocolate after a meal.
