Whole bunch pressed Chardonnay grapes, barrel fermented and matured in new French Allier Oak, this rich, complex wine has peach and pear fruit on the palate, delicate tonnes of vanilla and toast from the oak, a creamy texture from less stirring in and a light buttery after-taste from partial malolactic fermentation. It complements fresh, ocean & shell fish, pork, poultry, pasta dishes, hard cheese.
