This is a semi-sweet style ideal for the warmer months as a cold drink or with cheeses, fruits & pates. The wine will improve with age over the next 2-3 years.
It has a light stewed apricot & peach nose with some flinty notes & lanolin. The palate is delicate with a light touch of sweetness which is balanced by savoury characters.
