Disgorged July 2007. Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (50%). Macerated strawberry and fresh brioche aromas with some citrusy praline notes. Creamy and mouth-filling with an egg custard like richness and intense yet well-defined elegant fruit, fluffy light bead and fresh citrusy acids to finish.
