However, from time to time there will be errors which are beyond our control. If you believe there are errors, we should be contacted immediately and informed of the error. Purchases made with the knowledge of error will be honoured by BoutiQue Wine Sales, regardless of whether it favours the customer or not. No refunds will issued to a customer due to error made in pricing or description.
